Assess Leadership Competencies

VG 360 Evaluation

The Vaughan Govier 360° Assessment is an on-line assessment tool designed to collect feedback from each of the significant relationships around a manager.

The questionnaire may be customized for each application. The standard survey consists of 50-60 questions, each using a five point Likert scale, which explore the key aspects of a candidate’s leadership and management effectiveness. An additional five free text questions are often included to allow more direct and detailed feedback.

The most meaningful results are found with the largest number of respondents. A comprehensive review will include:

The manager's personal view is an important reference point.

  2. The direct manager (and indirect manager as appropriate)

The direct manager’s responses will be made available to the participant in the survey. All other responses are anonymous.

  3. Direct and indirect subordinates

  4. Peers in the organisation

  5. Internal and external customers

  6. Internal and external suppliers
