Our coaching engagement includes four types of activities:

  1. Formal Sessions

    Our coaching engagement is built around a schedule of formal one to one sessions.

  2. Observation and Feedback

    Giving valuable insight and feedback is an important part of our value. We will look for opportunities to watch you in your work environment.

  3. Assessments

    A number of formal tools exist to understand yourself, preferences and reaction to your environment.

  4. Ad-hoc support

    Informal conversations are encouraged as the most powerful time to create growth is at the point of a challenge.
