Vaughan Govier's group coaching seminars are an approach to management development that begins with the business goals of the management team and coaches the team to find more effective ways of reaching those goals.
It is very similar to a sports coach. The coach works with the team and helps them with whatever they need to reach their goal. It may be building strength, learning new skills, increasing motivation or creating more effective strategy. The management coach achieves the same goal.
