Creating Competitive Advantage - Frequently Asked Questions

I am looking for a programme to run internally. How is Creating Competitive Advantage offered?

Creating Competitive Advantage is offered as both a public programme and as an in-house programme. Delegates at the public programme particularly enjoy the interaction with managers from a range of businesses and the opportunity to build their network.

In-house programmes allow us to customise the content for the particular priorities of the organisation and to address more sensitive issues that may not be appropriate in a public setting.

How is the programme scheduled?

Creating Competitive Advantage is a 5 seminar programme. Each seminar is usually scheduled once per month and so the whole programme lasts for 5 months.

What happens if I can't attend a session?

The programme is run in small groups. So long as you can provide enough notice we find that the other delegates are more than willing to accommodate a change.

Who are the facilitators?

The facilitators work full-time with Vaughan Govier and are committed to the craft of management development. Each one is an established manager with key domain knowledge and experience. They bring real-life experience to the seminar room and add significant insight to the current problems and issues faced by delegates.

Can I just attend one seminar?

No.

Each of the seminars is part of an integrated programme. Subsequent seminars build on the content from previous seminars.

If you have a particular topic or issue that you would like to explore, please contact us and we would be happy to perhaps point you to one of our other programmes or create a workshop for you and your organisation.

How do I book on a programme?

Please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you.
