Creating Customers

VG Leaders Customers

Business is not just doing deals; it is having great products… and providing tremendous service. Finally, business is a cobweb of human relationships. -- Ross Perot

A strong customer relationship is a crucial commercial relationship that develops when you and your customer are both working towards the same goal. In the modern corporate environment our customers are found everywhere: both inside and outside the organisation. In each case our success depends on developing a strong customer relationship.

Moving well past traditional sales training that focuses on product knowledge, conversational skills, presentation skills, negotiation skills, body language or grooming, Creating Customers equips the manager with the ability to develop strong customer relationships, both inside and outside of the company.

Who Is This Programme For?

All managers whose success is influenced by the quality of their external relationships and significant internal relationships.

Programme Structure

The programme consists of 3 full-day seminars, delivered once a month in a small-group setting of 5 - 10 people. The seminars are highly interactive and relevant to each delegate's business circumstances.

The one-month gap allows you to apply in your workplace the principles learnt in the previous seminar, before returning for the next one and discussing the results you obtained. You are thus accountable for your own success.

Facilitators are themselves established managers with key domain knowledge and experience. This establishes a high level of relevance and rapport which will stimulate you to create business results as you progress through the programme.
