The Seminar
The seminar is a one day and full of interaction, examples, exercises and case-studies. It is structured as a facilitated strategic planning process. During the day the principles will be illustrated through the participant's own experience, the experience of the other participants, the HR profession itself and case studies from various organisations. The seminar will challenge the behaviours, attitude and approaches of participants in a supportive environment of your peers.
The Strategic Engagement Profile
In addition prior to the actual seminar, each participant will complete their Strategic Engagement Profile. This online tool combines both a personal inventory with feedback from your colleagues to create a comprehensive view of your strategic thought and engagement. The report will be handed out at the beginning of the seminar and will form one of the major inputs for the day.
