Management Development Programmes

VG Leaders Foundation

The Vaughan Govier approach lays down a solid foundation of the fundamental principles that managers require to be successful in managing their key resources, and thus, their careers.

Our management development programmes cover all the essential elements in personal management, effective sales and relationship management, organisational leadership and the management of people, financial management, strategy and decision-making.

The only and the essential pre-requisite for all Vaughan Govier programmes is real-world experience. Full-day seminars are delivered once a month over a period of months. Project work and report-backs encourage adoption of the principles in the workplace. The highly interactive and immersive seminars are run in small groups and are thus highly relevant - your real world situations are frequently referenced.

In our management development programmes, theory meets application, leaving you stronger and more capable.
