Seminar Structure

Personal Leadership is a six-seminar programme which includes the following 6 essential elements.

  1. Initial Briefing

    The programme commences with a joint briefing between the delegate and the Programme Manager. At this meeting, the delegate and the Programme Manager commit to the results that will be achieved in the business as a result of this programme. agrees the results that will be delivered to the business as a result of this programme.

  2. Six Seminars

    The six seminars are held once every two weeks, with one month between Seminar 3 and Seminar 4 to allow for the Review Meeting. Each 3.5 hours in duration and is engaging and interactive.

  3. Two Weeks between Seminars

    The time between the seminars is as important as the seminars themselves. This is the opportunity for each delegate to create results.

  4. Review Meeting

    Two weeks after Seminar 3, the Programme Manager will have a review meeting with the delegate and the delegate's manager. This meeting will confirm alignment between the delegate and the organisation, give feedback on the delegate's programme and check progress in the organisation.

  5. Final Briefing

    At the conclusion of the programme, a final meeting is held between the delegate and the delegate's manager.

Approach

Programme facilitators are experienced managers who are able to bring a practical depth to the structured content. The programme is run using a coaching seminar style. In this approach the delegate benefits directly from the experience of the facilitator through an engaging and highly interactive coaching engagement. They also benefit from other delegates and their own experience and success in applying what they have learnt. Participants are encouraged to share and raise issues from their day-to-day experience. Personal leadership is available as both a public seminar and in-house programme.
