The Vaughan Govier Team Building Business Simulation is a business scenario that is used to develop decision making, creative collaboration, team work and strategic thinking within management teams.

During the simulation each of the participants is allocated a role in the executive management team of an international company. The management team is required to make the appropriate and timely decisions to secure the on-going success of the company.
