The 360 Feedback assessment is an efficient and effective tool we use for individual assessment. It is a structured process that gathers confidential, anonymous feedback from people who work around you. Through a customised questionnaire, your boss, direct reports, peers, customers and suppliers rate your strengths, weaknesses, core and sub-competencies (hence 360 degree). We include open questions.

The value of this assessment lies in the design of the questionnaire – the coach’s skill in crafting the right questions. In other words, the quality and experience of your coach matters. Assessment is customised to you and your environment.
