Feedback is done through one-on-one interviews by trained interviewers. The process uncovers honest, unadulterated and helpful feedback from each of them.

The value of this assessment lies in the interviewer’s experience and level of astuteness in interviews. Relying not just on a set of customised questions, the interviewer often improvises to seek further insights into opinions and comments.
