What

Often used with other engagements, this tool provides feedback on your organisational awareness, personal efficiency, political acumen, and decision-making ability. You will be given a long list of emails to reply within a short time. Through this intensive exercise, we assess how well you make decisions, prioritise tasks and stay focused on critical goals. By observing how you deal with these emails, we gain insight into your thinking behind each action.

The feedback will help you strengthen areas that need improving.
