An organisation’s core purpose is called different names: vision, mission, purpose or objective. We like to call this central organising principle, “Leadership Intent”.

Leadership intent is the discipline of defining the purpose and direction of the organisation along with its core operation. A strong leadership intent engages and motivates the whole organisation towards clear and aspirational outcomes.

All decisions and actions within your organisation should be based on your leadership intent. It is the foundation of your strategy, service delivery, management, staff and customer relationships.
