Managers who want to gain an insight in the quality of their leadership.

Why

A person’s leadership style is revealed through their meetings. It is the topics they choose to discuss, decisions they make, their ability to motivate and draw out contributions from the participants. It is during discussions that an individual’s ability to listen, communicate, delegate and motivate (or otherwise) become apparent. Through structured observation, you can have an unbiased evaluation on how you fare in your leadership skills.

What

Meeting Observation Data

Often used with other coaching assessments, this tool evaluates your delegation, decision making, empowerment and communication patterns. We observe you and your team, on the way you progress key organisational issues and how you interact with your team at meetings.

What do we look for? We look for the good, the bad and the ugly habits. We get rid of the bad and the ugly ones. We work with you on improving the good. At the end of the day, we want you to be a better, more effective leader with the confidence to lead your team towards achieving organisational goals.
