Organisational Engagement Surveys

 

There is no excuse having poor organisational engagement.

A Gallup research estimated that: * Disengagement has cost Singapore economy between $4.9 to 6 billion. * Top 25% of companies who have engaged staff have significantly higher productivity, profitability, and customer ratings, less turnover and absenteeism, and fewer safety incidents than those in the bottom 25%.

It is a question on every manager’s mind - are your staff checked in or out? How engaged are they to their work? How motivated are they by your company’s mission? Are they inspired by their managers?

As a manager, knowing your organisational engagement and staff motivational levels is crucial. To win in the area of performance and profitability, organisations must first win the hearts and minds of their staff.

Through organisational engagement surveys, we assess your employees’ attitude towards your organisation. We reveal pertinent issues. We provide a channel for them to express their views anonymously.

This online survey will be open to all staff, including the management and directors. We do not produce one-size-fits-all surveys. They do not elicit meaningful responses. We prefer to ask specific, in-depth questions that are relevant to your staff and organisation. The survey will also be focused on a single aspect of your organisation.

The result will enable you to focus on the issues and areas to work on. The more engaged your staff are, the higher the performance of the organisation.
